FREDERICKS IN THE NEWS:

“It is exciting to have President Trump here,” said state Rep. Brian Smith, R-Punxsutawney, whose legislative district covers areas in northern Indiana County as well as all of Jefferson County. “It shows his commitment to our rural area.”

Two area radio stations have a presence of a unique sort on the KCAC grounds, in the form of the MAGA BUS TOUR by the John Fredericks Radio Network.

Fredericks is a longtime Donald Trump supporter who was elected from suburban Pittsburgh congressional district as a delegate to the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.

He also owns a chain of stations including two in west-central Pennsylvania, WJFA-910 in Apollo and WJFG-1480 in Latrobe, and their respective FM translators.

Both stations reach Indiana during daylight hours, with WJFA also reaching portions of Allegheny County.

Fredericks broadcast his 6 to 10 a.m. talk show from Indiana on Monday morning.
